PETER M. SCOVILLE
PRINCIPAL
Peter Scoville began his real estate career in 2000 and since has
become one of Colorado Springs' top producing office leasing and
investment sales professionals. A graduate of The Colorado College
with a B.A. in English, Peter has lived in Colorado Springs since
1994.
Most recently Peter has become co-founder and Principal of the
Colorado Springs Cushman & Wakefield Alliance entitled Palmer
McAllister, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance. This company is the
top office brokerage group in Colorado Springs, with the
flexibility of a small company and international presence and
market reach of Cushman & Wakefield.
Peter specializes in landlord representation, as well as tenant
representation in Office and R&D/Flex properties with a primary
focus on the northern "Class A" office market. As a landlord
representative, he has worked on behalf of any major real estate
companies such as Lowe Enterprises Real Estate Group, DPC
Development, Capital Commercial and Corporate Office Properties
Trust (COPT). Additionally, Peter has acted as tenant
representative and advisor for corporate clients such as Wells
Fargo Home Mortgage, Wachovia Securities, the Davidson Companies,
ITT Industries, Keller Homes, Inc., etc.
Peter is past President of the Board of RCIS (Realtors®
Commercial Industrial Society), with a membership of over 250
commercial real estate brokers in the Pikes Peak Region and is
currently heavily involved with the Greater Colorado Springs
Economic Development Corporation. Additionally, he is active both
regionally and nationally in the SIOR organization.
Prior to entering into real estate, Peter worked as a
professional climbing guide and has traveled to many peaks
throughout the U.S., New Zealand, South American and the Himalayas.
He is an avid climber, skier, and road/mountain cyclist, and enjoys
traveling to pursue those passions with his wife and two young
children.
