Greg Phaneuf began his commercial real estate career in 1997 and focuses on landlord and tenant representation, as well as the disposition of investment properties in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Current landlord representation assignments exceed 2 million square feet of Class A office properties in the Central Business District and North I-25 suburban market. Greg opened the Colorado Springs Cushman & Wakefield office in the fall of 2008 and it is now one of the dominant brokerage firms in the city.

Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Greg worked as a sales consultant in New England for one of the country's leading medical supply firms and was Marketing Director for a marketing/public relations company in Washington, D.C.

  • Represented L-3 in a 35,000 square foot lease.
  • Represented Landlord in a transaction with CH2M Hill for 15,000 square feet and a 5 year term in the CBD.
  • Represented WOW! In a 60,000 square foot, 10 year lease.
  • Represented Landlord in a transaction with SESC/Barclay Bank for 20,000 square feet on a 3 year term.
