PRINCIPAL
Gary Hollenbeck is a principal of Palmer McAllister, a Cushman
& Wakefield Alliance and has lived in Colorado Springs since
1981. Gary has over 28 years experience that covers a broad
spectrum of real estate including brokerage, investment sales, and
office and retail development. Over the course of his career, he
has been involved in over $1,5 billion of investment and land
sales, over 1,000,000 square feet of leasing , and the development
of over 1,000,000 square feet of office, industrial, and retail
projects. His success is the result of market knowledge, business
ethics, attention to detail, and dedication to client services and
satisfaction.
